Marching Band Registration

Sign up with link above for 2024 season by May 31, 2024. Please contact David Holley (david_holley@ccpsnet.net ) after this date if you would like to join the marching band.

Forms for Band Camp

Marching Band Activity Fee Payment

  • The remainder of the band camp fee is due Monday 7/29/24. 

  • Please check your records to see if you paid a deposit earlier this summer. The total is $250. 

  • Please write a separate check payable to Cosby High School including your child's name and "registration" on the memo line.
    This fee is paid to the school, not the band boosters. We are happy to get the payment to the office for families, but it must be paid by cash or check to Cosby High School.

  • The online marching band fee school account is accepting payments at this time, if you need to pay the marching band fee electronically. Please use this link to access it:

Required Forms

*VHSL 2021 Physical Form - This must be signed and dated by a doctor after May 1 2024. CCPS is using the 2021 physical form again in 2024.
Students cannot stay at camp unless they have a printed, signed copy.

*Marching Band Uniform Inquiry, Glove and Shoe order form and payment– a combined form for band and guard students (shoes for guard)

Please make the glove and shoe check payment out to Cosby Band Boosters and write “Gloves/Shoes” and your child's name on the memo line for checks or include the same information on an envelope with the cash payment.

*Access to Music and Drill - Please complete this brief form to share your student ID with Mr. Holley: TMB Canvas Course Registration.  Once you complete the form you will be added to a Canvas course that includes music and drill charts.

Optional (But Important) Forms

The following Google forms and payments are optional for band camp. Please make each check payment out to Cosby Band Boosters and be sure each form / item has a separate check or cash with a paperclip/envelope. Please write the form name and the student’s name on the memo line for checks or include the same information on an envelope with the cash payment. All checks / cash can be put into one envelope that you send with your student (registration fee, shoe/glove fee, lunch, family t-shirt, and Booster membership).

for Parents:

  • Please add your student’s name to all checks and what the money is for.

  • If you are paying for an item with cash, place it a sealed envelope and write your student’s name and what the money is payment for on the outside.

  • If you are sending multiple payments, please feel free to consolidate all in one envelope with your student’s name and a list of what is enclosed inside (e.g., cash amount for registration, check for gloves, etc.)


Parent Volunteer Information

Consider volunteering during band camp - if you have a few hours to support or would like more information, please email Jodie Brinkmann (jlbrinkmann2@gmail.com).
Signs up to volunteer at during the season will be coming soon.


If you would like to volunteer with or chaperone for the band during the current school year, you will need to fill out this background check. This is good for all schools in CCPS, just indicate on the form which schools you will be volunteering at.
